On the 29th of November the construction of a new office building in Prague – Libeň was officially started by ceremonially tapping the foundation stone. When completed, the 10-story building neighbouring the multifunctional O2 arena will have over 30,000 sqm of office space, a large underground parking area, a café for tenants and the public, a pharmacy, and a canteen. The investors are KAPRAIN Group and Lighthouse Group.
